What is a Solar Promoter?
A Solar Promoter is most often a client of Solar ME that believes in our product, believes in solar, and wants to help their community.
Solar Promoters are not sales people because you're really not selling, you're EDUCATING. They help neighbors, friends, and family save money and achieve long term financial stability.
Solar Promoters are paid $1000 on a timely basis for each new member you enroll.
Solar Promoters are paid once the company receives payment for the solar project. If the customer chooses the 50/50 payment method, the Solar Promoter gets paid in two installments of $500 each. If the customer chooses to pay in full for the project and receive $1,000 cash back incentive, the solar promoter is paid the full $1,000 in one lump sum.

There are three forms that you need to fill out to enroll as a solar promoter. Your W9, Contractor Agreement, and Direct Deposit Form.
A W9 is required for tax purposes, so we can officially pay you.
The Contractor Agreement is our agreement to you. It is a legally binding contract that specifies how much you will be paid and when.
The Direct Deposit Form simply designates which account you would like us to deposit money to. Payments are made twice per month and are sent by direct deposit to the checking or savings account of your choice.
You are able to fill out and sign all 3 forms here on the website. Simply follow the prompts and click to sign at the end.
Please upload a photo of your Drivers License & Social Security Card, or a photo of your Passport.
This is for payroll purposes and is kept in a secure location.
Spread the Word!
Most people are interested in solar power, they just don't know anything about it yet. By simply letting people know that you now work in solar power, you will often see immediate interest.
Solar ME recommends the 3 Step Marketing Approach
#1 Text Everyone In Your Phone
#2 Post On All Your Social Media. Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok etc. It is recommended to do a general post and also private message people directly.
#3 Talk to people directly! Throw Solar Parties. Knock on Doors. Call people up. Hand out flyers.
In all three cases, all you need to do is let people know you are now working in Solar Power. Use the message below to get started.
"Hi! I am now working in Solar Power. If you you would like some information on solar power, just send me a message!"
Once they respond, all you need to do is direct them to the video "Everything You Need to Know About Solar Power," and follow up the next day to make sure they watched the video in its entirety.
That's it!
